The Illuminaries group is donating murals to eligible schools.
Rules & Conditions
- Current district: Martinez School District, California
- Wall between 20’ and 50’ long
- Must have written approval from principal or decision-maker of school before applying
Why would you give away a free mural?
Our passion is to inspire youth through art. We’re also working on a new “spray blast” style of art. We need more walls to practice on. Why not paint walls that kids will enjoy?
What kind of design will it be?
We will paint our own version of the school mascot.
Here are few examples of our “spray-blast” style of controlled chaos. It is very wild, drippy, and colorful. We use unorthodox painting tools such as fire extinguishers, hand pumped sprayers, brooms, mops, and spraypaint.
The art contains contrasting areas of wild grunge and detailed focal points.
